How We Work Together
The Beginning
After you contact us, we’ll reach out via email asking for details on your current setup. We’ll need to know your business name, address, industry, and current ATM setup. If you don’t have an ATM, don’t worry. If you have a machine, we’ll also need to see your previous months’ transaction logs. Next, we’ll set our pricing and send an agreement for you to sign.
Once We Have An Agreement In Place
We ship the machine directly to you within 2-3 weeks (faster delivery options are available) and install on site. Once the machine is plugged in, we setup the processing remotely and load the cash for you whenever needed. We work with GardaWorld and Loomis as our cash management providers.
How And When Will I Get Paid?
At the end of each month, we send an ACH payment directly to your bank account. If you’d rather receive money a different way, please contact us. For example, if your machine had 150 transactions in March, your current fee-split was $1.50/txn, we’d send a payment for $225.
What If The Machine Needs Service?
We work with service providers across the U.S. that are available to address any issues that may arise. In addition, the machine’s processor has 24/7 customer service representatives that can handle any transaction disputes.
What Machines Do You Own And Who Are Your Processors?
We own Hyosung Halo II and Genmega G2500 machines primarily. Our processors include Switch Commerce, PAI, and Columbus Data.
